A pergola has to survive full sun and heavy rain every year without warping, sagging or rusting at the joints. That comes down to the size of the members, how they are fixed, and how the steel is protected.
We build pergolas in aluminium and steel, open-slatted or roofed, and fix them to the ground or to the building. Steel is primed and painted, and aluminium is powder-coated.
